
Customer Followup Cordinator

The Customer Follow-Up Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing their concerns. This role involves proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide updates to customers regarding their orders, services, or requests.
- Promote loyalty programs and additional services to enhance customer retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,973.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
