As a Warehouse Computer Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our warehouse management system. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing warehouse data, processing inventory transactions, and supporting the overall logistics operation. Your role will involve working closely with both the warehouse team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Management**: Input and update inventory data into the warehouse management system (WMS). Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
- **Inventory Monitoring**: Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager. Assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
- **Order Processing**: Process and confirm orders, including picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- **System Monitoring**: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to warehouse software or hardware.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Collaboration**: Work with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Communicate effectively with other departments to address any issues or needs.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing.
- Occasionally bending, reaching, and walking within the warehouse environment.
- **Skills**: Strong computer and data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Attributes**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Day shift
