SR PRIMARY CONTACT - PRASANNA KUMAR BEHERA 10-12 years experienced Business Analyst with strong Business analysis skills and expertise in P&C Commercial Lines Insurance domain Knowledgeable and experienced as a Duck Creek BA Good communication skil ls and Stakeholder management Excellent documentation skills Strong experience in requirements elicitation, user story use case development and knowledge of working in requirements modelling tools Should be able to prepare good mock-ups screen des ign Strong ability to understand the domain issues and to analyze to find the root cause Good knowledge of ISO forms and circulars Should have worked across various SDLC stages of client engagements with Agile methodologies Insurance Industry certif ications # AINS, AICPCU etc. Should have worked on good P&C Insurance products Nice to have work experience on AMS projects Act as a liaison between technology teams, support teams, business units, and senior management Collaborate and communicate wi th project sponsors, end users, project managers, solutions architects, developers, quality assurance and external vendors to determine project scope and how to execute multiple concurrent projects Participate in the planning, design, development and deployment of Report Rationalisation projects, Reporting enhancement releases and bug fixes to enhance existing Dashboards Reports features Review business requirements or use cases and interpret into technical requirements and functional system des igns or specifications Utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write technical requirements and functional specifications Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or f urther leveraging these systems Work independently on projects and analysis Experience in BFSI & Insurance industry domain would be preferred Experience in the BI Reporting domain for BFSI would be preferred Excellent personal communication, interper sonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
