**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and hotel facilities are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to guest comfort.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and adhere to sustainability practices as per IHG guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and fire prevention policies.
- Maintain daily logbooks, records of maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
- Assist in capital projects, refurbishment, and minor renovations when required.
- Cooperate with other departments to deliver seamless guest service.

**Job Requirements**
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hotel/ facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Multi-skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Physically fit to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and fire-life-safety systems.
