IAMOPS is looking for a DevOps Engineer (Intern/Trainee) to support in monitoring service systems and ensuring operational success of existing network architecture.
- As an Intern DevOps Engineer, you should have a basic knowledge in networking.
- Cloud computing skills (AWS, Azure, GCP) an advantage.
- You may also be expected to assist in resolving technical issues real-time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Joins the DevOps team as a DevOps representative.
- Provides T1 level of technical support and customer support to clients.
- Manages SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Troubleshoots and identifies issues on production environment.
- Works on customer task effectively and provides resolution in a timely manner.
- Documents the resolution for knowledge base customers task.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing (8th Semester)/ completed Bachelor Degree in any of these in B.E, B.Tech, Msc IT, BCA, MCA or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills English.
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a global team.
- Freshers can also apply.
