Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for assigned FMCG products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Plan, create and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services.
- Manage the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, websites, and social media content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote products and services.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure activities are executed within budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required for events and customer meetings.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
