Join us as a **Social Media Visual Designer** and bring your creative flair to life through engaging visual content. In this graphic design role, you’ll shape how our brand communicates across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Instagram carousels, ad banners, and reels—while maintaining brand consistency and visual impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and platform-optimized creative for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. (carousels, reels thumbnails, stories, ads, covers, banners).
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize visual campaigns aligned with content strategy and brand tone.
- Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social platforms.
- Adapt designs quickly for trending topics, campaigns, and last-minute marketing needs.
- Use design tools (like **Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma**) to produce high-quality assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of graphics, meeting weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Optimize visuals for mobile-first engagement and cross-platform responsiveness.
- Research design trends, social media best practices, and competitor content to bring fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Maintain brand guidelines while innovating on creative formats.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media design, AI-driven creative tools, and short-form video marketing to continuously enhance the visual impact and innovation of brand campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and marketing planning meetings to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Ensure all design outputs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with usability best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field from a regular/full-time university or institution.
- Prior digital agency experience is a strong plus.
- 2+ years’ proven experience using graphic design and social media for brand building.
- Strong understanding of layout, graphic design, web design, photography, and videography.
- Proven experience in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma (preferred).
- Experience in designing creative layouts for print and online publication.
- Strong understanding of digital branding, audience engagement, and platform-specific trends.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to handle feedback constructively and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with start-ups, agencies, or e-commerce brands.
- Awareness of SEO-friendly content visuals.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication both verbal & written, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **social-first visual content** (Instagram carousels, stories, creative).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
