**UI/UX Designer - Roles & Responsibilities1. User Research & Analysis**
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Create user personas to represent target audiences.

**2. Wireframing & Prototyping**
- Design wireframes, user flows, and mockups to visualize the structure and flow of the product.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate ideas before development.

**3. Visual Design**
- Create visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Choose appropriate typography, color schemes, icons, and design elements.
- Ensure consistency in UI elements across the platform.

**4. UX Strategy & Architecture**
- Define the overall user experience strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Structure information and navigation for intuitive user journeys.
- Improve usability and accessibility of the product.

**5. Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly to team members and stakeholders.

**6. Usability Testing & Iteration**
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs.
- Analyze test results and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Continuously improve the product's usability and engagement.

**7. Design Tools & Technologies**
- Use design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
