**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Support all technical aspects of distributed environment consists of technologies WebLogic based on Linux, AWS, Oracle Forms & reports
- Own and ensure the tickets such as incidents, service requests and change requests are serviced in an appropriate and timely manner
- Timely escalate issues to the next level or vendor
- Establish and use monitoring tools to manage and address environment issues in a proactive and timely manner
- Function as a primary / backup on a rotational basis for weekend on call and maintenance tasks
- Deploy code to UAT/QA and Production environments
- Work on delivering Projects & Other Assigned Tasks
- Contribute in the quarterly disaster tests for client with other infrastructure teams
- Take automation improvement initiatives to reduce manual tasks improving efficiencies

**What you bring**:

- Hands on experience on WebLogic including configuration, deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Exposure with SQL queries / Oracle DB
- Hands on experience in scripting
- Basic understanding of Unix administration commands and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in ITIL based process-based support environment
- Motivated self-starter; can work with mínimal supervision
- High energy team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
- Weekend/evening support
