We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual who can work with management who will be working with commercial and SBA lenders to get loans approved and closed for the customers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare documents such as business plans, proformas, contracts, LLC operating agreements with the direction of the management.
- Update information in excel, Google sheets
- Project manage loans
- Work in collaboration with the team with exceptional teamwork skills
- Work with bankers on SBA loans. Understand the financial terms sheets and able to communicate the details to customers and hold meetings to discuss terms sheets between banks and customers.
- Accounting skills in reading P&Ls, Balance Sheets. Prepare items pertaining to P&L and Balance Sheet
- Highly organized, and detail-oriented, manage 4 person back office

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in some financing role.
- Must be willing to work night shift to coincide with US work hours.

**Benefits**
- Work from home remote position to support US operation. US Central Time Zone work hours.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
