**Job Description for API Tester with RestAssured or SOAP UI**:
**Responsibilities**:

- API Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive API test plans.
- Test Case Design: Develop detailed and effective test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on project specifications and user stories.
- Automation Development: Utilize RestAssured or SOAP UI to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for API testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Execution and Reporting: Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and provide detailed reports on test outcomes, including defect tracking and resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand API functionalities and provide early feedback on potential issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience as an API Tester with a focus on RestAssured or SOAP UI. Minimum 3 of relevant API testing experience.
- Automation Skills: Strong proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using RestAssured or SOAP UI.
- Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with API testing tools, including familiarity with RestAssured or SOAP UI, and a good understanding of testing methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive and innovative testing culture.
