**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **PLC Programming and Development**:

- Design and program PLC systems based on project requirements.
- Develop, test, and implement control algorithms and ladder logic.
- **System Integration**:

- Integrate PLC systems with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and other industrial equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
- **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**:

- Diagnose and resolve issues in existing PLC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to PLC software and hardware.
- Provide technical support to ensure mínimal downtime.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, program descriptions, and operating procedures.
- Ensure all systems comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest PLC technologies and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with major PLC brands such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and control panel design.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under mínimal supervision.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
