**DESIGN CONCESSION**

JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- In depth Knowledge/work experience on drawing reading.
- In depth Knowledge/work experience on Customer concession Methods & Process.
- Good understanding of Stress requirements.
- Good Verbal and written English skills.
- In depth knowledge of Design solution to clear the non-conformance in the Customer methods & program.
- Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.
- Wing/Fuselage components include Skin, Stringers, Frames, Spar, Ribs, Center Wing Box, central/nose fuselage, air inlet, keel beam and assembly.
- Good Knowledge on Aerospace domain, manufacturing, and assembly process.
- Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.
- Identify the non-conformance of concessions from design point of view and to solve the same.
- Good understanding of Airbus standards (SRM/ASR) of working procedures applicable in fuselage/wing concessions
- Coordinate with stress assessment team for design solution verifications.
- Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team
- Efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements.
- SAP-PAC, SAP-PAE, VPM-PDM Certification is added advantage
