**Position**: Customer Service Associate - Voice Process

**Location**: Sector 49, Gurgaon

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Identify customer issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding features, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Update customer details and case status after every call.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification:

- Graduate**:

- **Experience**: 0-3 years in customer service, call centers, or related roles.
- **Skills**:Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
