- Maintaining records: Telecallers maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Staying updated: Telecallers stay updated with market trends.
- Identifying customer needs: Telecallers identify customer needs and make suggestions to meet those needs.
- Modifying sales pitches: Telecallers modify sales pitches in response to customer demand.
- Routing opportunities: Telecallers route opportunities to the relevant department.

Telecallers should have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Job Location-Behala, Kolkata

6 Days a week (Sunday off)

9 am to 6 pm
