Associate Brewer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Brewer at Big Pitcher. As an Associate Brewer, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the brewing process, including recipe design, ingredient sourcing, brewing, fermentation, and packaging. You will also support quality control and ensure adherence to brewing standards and safety protocols. Additionally, you will participate in brewery tours and educate customers on our beers and brewing techniques.

Assist with all stages of the brewing process, including milling, mashing, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging.

Operate brewhouse equipment, including mash tuns, kettles, fermenters, and filtration systems, according to standard operating procedures.

Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the brewing process, including sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished beer.

Clean and sanitize brewing equipment, tanks, and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic brewing environment.

Assist with inventory management, including ordering raw materials, tracking inventory levels, and organizing storage areas.

Participate in recipe development and experimentation to create new and innovative beer styles.

Collaborate with the brewing team to troubleshoot issues and optimize brewing processes for efficiency and quality.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among brewery staff.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
