**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales-related documentation, order entries, and dispatch coordination to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Update and maintain client records and activities in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings, preparing quotations, and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments like finance, logistics, and inventory to streamline invoicing, product availability, and delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM software.
- Data Analyst with knowledge of SQL, python & power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree or diploma course in data analytics.
- **Experience**:3-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales support and administrative coordination, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.
- **Preferred Industry**:Experience in Diamond Industry.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
