**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Video Transcriber** to join our team. The transcriber will be responsible for accurately transcribing video and audio content into written formats in **English, Bengali, and Hindi**. The role requires proficiency in all three languages, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality transcripts within deadlines. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s efforts to create accessible and meaningful content for parents, professionals, and caregivers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transcription Tasks**:

- Accurately transcribe videos, webinars, training sessions, and interviews into written text.
- Ensure proper formatting and clarity while maintaining fidelity to the spoken content.
- Identify and label speakers when required.
- **Language Skills**:

- Transcribe content in **English**, **Bengali**, and **Hindi**.
- Translate between languages if required, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- **Content Review & Editing**:

- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and context.
- Ensure technical terms and industry-specific vocabulary are accurately transcribed.
- **Time Management**:

- Deliver transcriptions within set deadlines.
- Maintain proper records and archives of all completed transcripts.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content creation team to ensure transcripts meet project requirements.
- Provide input to improve accessibility and effectiveness of the content.
- **Technical Use**:

- Operate transcription software and tools for efficiency.
- Use time-stamping and speaker identification when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**:

- Strong command over **English**, **Bengali**, and **Hindi** (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with regional dialects, accents, and variations in spoken language.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in transcription, subtitling, or similar roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with neurodevelopmental terms and educational/therapy-related content is an added advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using transcription software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Understanding of the neurodevelopmental field and a passion for making content accessible for parents and caregivers is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
