*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Installation & Commissioning:*
- Install and commission boom barriers, bollards, motorized gates, flap barriers, speed gates, and other security systems according to technical specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation locations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- *Maintenance & Servicing:*
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of installed security systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair faults and issues with security systems promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- *Technical Support:*
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any operational issues or concerns.
- Offer guidance and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
- *Documentation & Reporting:*
- Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and service calls.
- Prepare and submit service reports, including recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
- *Customer Service:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

*Qualifications:*
- *Education:*
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- *Experience:*
- Proven experience in the installation and servicing of security systems such as boom barriers, bollards, motorized gates, flap barriers, and speed gates.
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic components, wiring, and circuit diagrams.
- *Skills:*
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- *Other Requirements:*
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary.
