**Title / Designation**:System/Network Administrator

**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years

**Location: Hyderabad**

Communication Skills: Good communication skills. _**Ability to communicate to clients.**_

**Key Skills: Exchange Server, Active Directory, Office 365**

General Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the upkeep of all the computers and networks in a company.

2. Ready for troubleshooting and attend calls for immediate repair work.

3. Have to manage the company servers and intranet by installing good security systems and protect the important information on them.

4. Keep a backup of all the data of the company.

5. Help design internal office software systems which can be used for filing and other internal office tasks.

6. Make plans for periodical checks of the computer systems so there are problems in the future.

7. In charge of inventory of paraphernalia (equipment needed for a particular activity) regarding computers and

should ensure that they are well stocked to carry out immediate repair work.

8. Systematic checks on all the computer related equipment in the office including security equipment like CCTV cameras etc.,

9. Also make all the decisions regarding the purchase of new computer equipment for the office or upgrading of the existing systems.

10. Should make report for the management informing on the condition of the internal systems after every system check.

11. Good Knowledge on all the operating systems that are being used in the office.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
1. Perform Onsite and remote Technical Support.

2. Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
