**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years as an Academic Coordinator with relevant experience in Senior, Middle, or Elementary School settings.

- To support and guide reporting teachers in planning, designing, and delivering the curriculum effectively.

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Management**:

- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the curriculum; provide mentorship for curriculum delivery.
- Oversee regular assessments and maintain uniform teaching pace across grades; ensure consistency in evaluation and documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with grade teams to address concerns and track progress.
- Review classroom instruction, check assignments, and conduct classroom observations.
- Submit weekly reports to the Principal.
- Adapt curriculum to meet diverse student needs, including:

- Extension activities for high achievers.
- Scaffolding and support for average and below-average learners.
- **Staff Development**:

- Induct and mentor new teachers, familiarizing them with school policies and practices.
- Conduct classroom observations to evaluate teaching techniques and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school leadership on institutional challenges; contribute to policy development and problem-solving.
- Review teaching aids including notebooks, planners, and diaries.
- Guide teachers on parent interactions and communication strategies.
- Verify report cards prior to parent-teacher meetings.
- Audit teaching work plans for alignment and completeness.
- **Academic Oversight**:

- Track completion of the syllabus as per academic timelines.
- Monitor frequency and quality of tests, worksheets, and homework.
- Ensure ongoing and pre-exam revision is appropriately conducted.
- Guarantee adherence to all academic deadlines.
- Coordinate worksheet submissions (route through ACCORS at least 48 hours prior to printing).
- Observe classes and share feedback with teachers.
- Evaluate student work periodically and provide feedback to both students and teachers.
- Review academic performance and create targeted intervention strategies for students facing challenges.
- Manage the planning and distribution of holiday assignments.
- Confirm timely preparation of lesson plans and academic materials.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Create and manage timetables.
- Oversee entrance test evaluations.
- Schedule additional classes as needed.
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings.
- Act as the communication bridge between teaching staff and school leadership.
- Ensure timely communication of key information to faculty members.
- Conduct routine inspections of the school premises.
- Maintain continuous coordination with the Principal, Form/Class Teachers, and Heads of Departments (HODs).
