**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide input on testability.
- 4. Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure software stability.
- 5. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- 6. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, providing testing status updates and raising concerns as needed.
- 7. Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 8. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends to enhance testing methodologies.

**Requirements**:
**Desired Profile**
- . Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA testing roles. 2. Proficiency in both manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools, particularly Selenium. 3. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 4. Experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts. 5. Solid knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web browsers. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. 7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 8. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus. 9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
