- **Quality Control**:Ensure products meet quality standards, perform visual inspections, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- **Team Management**:Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training and support to ensure efficient operations.
- **Coordination**:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, inventory management, shipping) to streamline operations and meet e-commerce deadlines.
- **Safety**:Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for production personnel.
- **Data Analysis**:Monitor production data (e.g., output, waste, downtime) to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
- **Problem-Solving**:Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- **E-commerce Integration**:Understand the e-commerce business model and work with the e-commerce team to ensure that production meets the needs of the online platform.
