Roles and ResponsibilityTeam Member Quality

Key responsibilities attached to the role:

- Ensure zero customer complaints
- Ensure plant level quality systems improvement & adherence
- Minimize the rejection PPM
- Minimize rework PPM
- Create a Kaizen culture across all levels of plant
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the product performance to enhance the customer satisfaction by verification / improvement of the existing product w.r.t the critical competitors
- Implent Six Sigma culture within the organization.
- Use 8 D methodologies to attend customer complaints
Education Qualification: B.E in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3-5 yrs of experience in the following:

- Hands on experience in quality function
- Must have worked with cross functional teams and high on influential skills
- Should have worked in Inprocess and final quality
- Should have worked on QMS, IATF and ISO
