**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Host TV shows, events, and programs in Kannada.

2. Research and prepare scripts, content, and questions for shows.

3. Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and celebrities.

4. Engage with audiences through social media and live interactions.

5. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth show execution.

6. Stay updated on current events, news, and trends.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in Kannada (reading, writing, speaking).

2. 1+ years of experience in anchoring or hosting events.

3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

4. Excellent voice modulation and diction.

5. Ability to think on feet and handle live situations.

6. Familiarity with Kannada culture, customs, and traditions.

7. Graduate degree in Viscom, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields.
