Achiving 80% OTP in 2 WEDM machines
Monitoring of machine maintenance activity (daily/weekly/monthly)
Making daily machine utilization report
Keeping recordes of consumables( usage and stock maintaining)
Follow up with makino for machine PM as per AMC
Follow up with CAD MACRO for software PM as per AMC
Technical Competencies
Should read and understand Engineering drawing
Should have sound knowledge in WEDM machine tool
Should have sound knowledge in WEDM programming
Should have basic knowledge of all type of manugacturing process
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
