**Job Summary**:
The Travel Desk Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all travel arrangements for employees and ensuring adherence to the company's Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) policies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with employees across various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Management**:
- Coordinate and facilitate travel bookings for employees, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Research and recommend travel options that align with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- **Policy Management**:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's TA and DA policies, ensuring they are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and organizational needs.
- **Expense Management**:
- Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring they align with company policies.
- Review and approve pre-travel and post-travel requests for TA and DA, ensuring timely processing of reimbursements.
- **Vendor Relations**:
- Maintain relationships with travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental services) to negotiate discounts and ensure quality service for employees.
- Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for changes as necessary.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to travel arrangements, TA, and DA policies.
- Provide training and support to employees regarding travel booking procedures and policy compliance.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on travel expenditures, trends, and compliance with TA and DA policies.
- Analyze travel data to identify areas for cost savings and improved efficiency.
- **Travel Risk Management**:
- Stay updated on travel advisories and restrictions and communicate relevant information to employees.
- Implement safety protocols for employees traveling on behalf of the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with travel management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
