Service Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Generation through Service technicians
- planning and scheduling service visits, follow up on quotations and finalizing orders

2. Executing the service work through technicians in efficient and profitable manner

3. Adding new customers and retaining existing customers

Following jobs will be done by service technicians which need to be supervised:
Inspect Diesel and Battery operated Forklift and other similar equipment and its components to diagnose issues accurately

Conduct routine maintenance work, aiming to restore equipment functionality and longevity

To repair, maintain and upgrade the equipment.

Schedule future maintenance sessions and advice customers on good vehicle use

Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)

Provide accurate part numbers from manuals so that correct estimates (cost, time, effort) could be generated for a repair or maintenance job

Report logs on work and issues in the prescribed manner and format.

Service supervisor should be able to execute above work through a team of 6-8 technicians

Qualification: Graduate preferably B. Sc.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience.

Should have a bike and a license.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
