**Job Description: Pharmacist/Sr. Pharmacist**

**Position Title: Pharmacist / Sr. Pharmacist**

**Reports To: Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Receiving and Inventory Management**:

- Receive medications from suppliers and verify the delivery against accompanying documents for accuracy.
- Organize and store medications in accordance with safety and regulatory standards to ensure optimal inventory control.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and initiate reorders as necessary to prevent shortages.

**2. Dispensing Medications**:

- Accurately prepare and dispense medications based on physician prescriptions, ensuring adherence to dosage and medication type.
- Provide clear instructions and information to patients regarding their medications, including usage, side effects, and storage.

**3. Clarifying Medical Queries**:

- Address and clarify any medication-related questions or concerns from doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote proper medication management and patient safety.

**4. Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about medications and health-related queries.
- Counsel patients on medication management and lifestyle modifications to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

**5. Documentation Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily documentation related to medication dispensing, inventory records, and pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation requirements, including those set forth by JCI and NABH.

**6. Compliance and Audits**:

- Follow established protocols and procedures in accordance with JCI and NABH standards to maintain regulation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
