**Role & Responsibilities**
- Attending the helpdesk calls and handling daily technical support activities on Desktop support & Network issues.
- Managing day to day IT operations and ensure the smooth running of production from IT perspective
- Maintaining the IT hardware inventory and preparing the reports.
- Configuring and troubleshooting computer peripherals.
- Managing the Data Backup and restoration using Symantec
- Managing end users' Antivirus updates and implementation of security patches on server
- Monitoring the health of all Datacenter equipment and proactively address the incident
- Maintaining the documentation and evidences as per the IT security standards.

**Technical / Functional**:

- Strong Technical skills on Windows Active Directory and Linux OS
- Knowledge/hands on Windows clustering / Data Backup/Windows/Linux server administration.
- Working knowledge on the hardware of Desktop/laptop and able to diagnose & troubleshooting technical issues.
- Knowledge on ITIL process and IT Auditing
- Hands on hardware troubleshooting.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of IT Experience in Windows environment.

Notice period: 30 to 45 days is acceptable.
