**Job Summary**:
The Allocator plays a critical role in managing workflow and ensuring the timely and efficient assignment of academic writing projects to suitable writers. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a good understanding of academic writing standards, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper distribution of workload among writers to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a database of writers, their skill sets, and performance history.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely submission of content.
- Act as a liaison between the client support team and writers to relay project requirements clearly.
- Handle urgent task allocation and reallocation in case of writer's unavailability.
- Review basic project requirements to ensure all necessary details are provided before allocation.
- Track the progress of ongoing tasks and update internal systems regularly.
- Maintain quality control by collaborating with editors and quality analysts post-submission.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; background in English or Management preferred).
- Prior experience in content writing or coordination roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with academic writing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.) is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 2+ years in academic content writing (1+ year in an allocator role preferred)
**Salary-**18k to 24k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
