**For Junior Architect**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in developing architectural designs, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data for project planning and design.
- Prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings to present design concepts.
- Assist in producing construction documents and specifications in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the project team in resolving design issues and making necessary revisions during construction.
- Well versed with DCPR 2034 and SRA by laws.

**For Senior Architect (in addition to the above)**:

- Lead the architectural design process, from initial concept development to design refinement.
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development and project responsibilities.
- Well versed with DCPR 2034 and SRA by laws.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing design recommendations and addressing concerns.
- Review and approve construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate sustainable design principles into projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
