Tele Caller

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic counseling and support to students individually and in group settings.
- Cold calling and converting them into admissions.
- Assist students in developing educational and career goals.
- Conduct intake interviews to assess students' needs and goals.
- Analyze student transcripts and academic records to determine appropriate course selection.
- Educate students on academic policies, procedures, and resources available to them.
- Utilize Ellucian or similar student information systems to track student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct workshops and presentations on various academic topics.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with students in an academic setting is required.
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling to address academic challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
