As discussed share JD for the DGM / GM (Manufacturing) position:
DGM / GM (Manufacturing) - Job Profile:
1. Handling productivity improvement projects and New product development.

2. Meeting Production & Productivity targets.

3. Finding and eliminating the root cause of the problems using QC story.

4. Heading a team of people and taking care of plant PED activities.

5. Should have working knowledge in cutting tools selection & reduce the cost.

6. Should have knowledge in designing the workplace layout & cell formation.

7. Should have programming knowledge in HMC, VMC & CNC Turning centers centerless grinding, milling.

8. Must have experience in Heat treatment, Welding and Painting process.

9. Handled at least minimum 2 units.

Qualification - BE (Mechanical)

Experience - Minimum 25 to 30 Years in Manufacturing / Automobile industry

Age : 45 to 50 Years

CTC : Maximum 30 Lacs

Job Location : Cheyyar Plant (12 Kms from Kancheepuram)

**Salary**: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
