**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with experts to understand and improve Enterprise Performance Management processes.
- Analyze and manage data related to financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Review business performance and profitability against strategic plans.
- Identify new areas of opportunity and address areas of underperformance.
- Provide valuable insights to inform the next cycle of strategic planning.
- Learn and understand critical business processes, data models, and their impacts on business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduates with a B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JAVA, HTML, MySQL, C++, DBMS.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to provide support outside of regular office hours if needed.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong group presentation abilities in both technical and business environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of problems and deliver successful resolutions either independently or within a team
