Position: Admission Counsellor

Pinewoods International High School & Junior College, Panchgani

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for education and people skills that make a lasting impression? We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and well-spoken Office Staff Member who can handle admission enquiries, communicate with parents, and convince them to choose the best for their child’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in, phone, and online admission enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Clearly explain the school’s academic strengths, facilities, and admission procedures
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain detailed records
- Build trust and relationships with parents and students
- Ensure seamless coordination with the school office and management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
- Friendly personality with a persuasive approach
- Experience in school admissions or front office work is an added advantage
