Guardian Industries, a global leader in the manufacture of float, coated, and fabricated glass products, as well as high-performance coatings on plastics for the automotive and building products industries. In this role, Data scientist will utilize Their expertise in Salesforce Analytics and other commercial analytics to drive data-informed decisions and strategies. **Our Team**

To be successful in this role, you will need interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple activities/projects at once, and strong communication skills. You will excel by building relationships and communicating with high-level business stakeholders to understand their strategies and match them with the right solutions.

**What You Will Do**

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Creating advanced analytics (AI/ML) solutions in the commercial (sales/marketing/customer insights) domains.
- Develop and deploy analytical models into the existing software (salesforce®, Infor, etc) or create custom AI solutions leveraging AWS services such as Sagemaker and or Azure ML.
- Enthusiastically collaborate with cross border teams i.e. Data science leaders and engineering teams to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions
- Communication is the Key, together with critical thinking, the data scientist delivers impactful, accurate and actionable insights.
- While working in an agile environment, integrate into the business strategy and quickly reach to the changing needs of the business and team dynamics.

**What You Will Need to Bring with You: (experience & education required)**
- Bachelor's/master's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, statistics, or equivalent discipline
- 3-5 years of experience working in commercial analytics which includes but not limited to Sales, marketing, pricing, customer behaviour, etc
- Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and A/B testing.
- Ability to communicate precisely, written & verbal to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven collaboration and influencing skills with peers and customers to gain alignment on business objectives

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Previous experience in commercial analytics (Salesforce Einstein, etc)
- AWS/Microsoft (Azure) certifications relevant to a data scientist
- Familiarity with building Genai derived solutions using LLM
- Experience working on multiple initiatives across various business domain
- Should be willing to work close to US hours
- Position is based out of Koch Bangalore office and expected to work from office.
