**PG Teachers( English, Tamil, Botany)**

Job Purpose:
Subject teachers are tasked with optimizing the academic advancement of their students while actively engaging in the department's development alongside colleagues. They foster a constructive, professional environment that promotes collaboration and growth, acknowledging the individual contributions to departmental success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:

- Foster excellence across all aspects of school life, with a particular focus on student progress.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the school.
- Cultivate a school ethos characterized by positivity, purposefulness, and professionalism.
- Provide support and encouragement to students, fellow educators, and staff.
- Advocate for consultation, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Teaching and Learning Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver well-structured, tailored lessons suitable for diverse student abilities and aligned with the curriculum.
- Cultivate High-Performance Learning skills in accordance with the school's values.
- Create an engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with department heads and learning support staff regarding students with special needs, and with form tutors and house heads for pastoral concerns.
- Uphold high standards of conduct by fostering a proactive approach to study and cultivating positive relationships with students.
- Assign homework consistent with policy and appropriate to students' abilities and overall workload.
- Promote organizational excellence.
- Maintain punctuality in lesson attendance.
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress in accordance with departmental guidelines to furnish parents with timely and accurate feedback.
- Ensure availability and upkeep of necessary teaching materials and resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,497.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
