**Job Position: Production Chemist**

**Job Location: Kuntloor, Hyderabad.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Execute production activities as per the batch manufacturing record (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Measure and mix raw materials such as vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients as per batch formula.

3. Monitor equipment operation, mixing time, and temperature conditions during production.

4. Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and shift reports.

5. Ensure that raw material usage and output quantity match the specified norms.

6. Inspect raw materials before processing and inform QC in case of quality concerns.

7. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of production area and equipment before and after each batch.

8. Report any equipment malfunction or process deviation to the Production Manager immediately.

9. Ensure safety compliance and follow proper PPE and handling procedures during chemical use.

10. Help in achieving production targets with minimum wastage.

**Job Specification (Qualification, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements)**

**Qualification**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science stream
- Diploma in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Industrial production.

**Experience (in Years)**:

- 1-3 years of experience in production or formulation in feed, pharma, nutraceuticals, or chemical industries.

**Skills & Abilities**:
1. Basic understanding of feed supplement formulation and raw material chemistry

2. Familiarity with mixing, blending, and weighing equipment

3. Ability to read and follow BMRs and SOPs precisely

4. Knowledge of GMP and safety protocols in production

5. Strong observation and reporting skills

6. Good coordination with QC, store, and maintenance teams

7. Willingness to work in shifts if required

8. Basic troubleshooting skills for production-related issues

9. Attention to detail and quality compliance

10.Good documentation and record-keeping abilities

11. Ability to maintain hygiene and handle materials safely

12.Proactive and team-oriented approach to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
