**Qualification - BE / B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech Metallurgy / Mechanical / NIFT ** Experiences: 3-4 yrs Experience in Mechanized DISA C Foundry. **(Experience in SG iron Casting will be added advantage)** Job Description: Maintaining and following Quality system for an advanced DISAMATCH foundry to meet day to day requirements of the customer and for ensuring acticities run as per program and budget meeting the company's requirements and target.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
1) To handle Quality Issues i.e identifying Non conformities, analysing the data, carrying out Root cause.

2) To perform the product and process audit independently.

3 ) Knowledge of internal quality audit. Product, Process Audit, CAPA, SQC, 7 QC Tool. Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 4)Knowledge of Foundry Process.

5) Knowledge of casting defects and remedies. Maintenance and Trouble Shoot Machine shop Equipment

6) To prepare PDI report Provide Safety and Technical Training to supervisors and operator
