Job Title: Sales Executive (US Process - Night Shift)

Location: Mohali

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US shift)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assess leads based on predefined criteria to confirm they align with our target customer profile.

Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a related field experience preferred.

Minimum 2 years of lead generation or sales experience in US process.

Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred

Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
