Factory Helper

**Position Name:

**Timings:

- 8 AM to 8 PM**

Necessary Roles and Responsibilities required:

- **Attention to detail:

- **
- Taking note of details to avoid errors that could affect production.

**Communication**:

- **
- Being able to communicate effectively with others to increase production efficiency and reduce risk.
- Notifying others of equipment needs.

**Technical skills:

- **
- Being able to operate machines like sewing machines, pressing machines, and finishing equipment
- Being able to handle fabric and construct garments
- Being able to measure materials to mark cutting lines

**Educational Qualification & Other skills:

- **
- At least he should be 10th/12th passed.
- Reading work orders to understand product specifications.
- Cleaning work areas and production equipment.
- Moving products, materials, and equipment between work areas.
- Recording operational or production data.
- Quality control and inspection to ensure products meet standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Civil Lines, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
