Responsibilities:
Have good knowledge about ducting layout and piping layout

Must have thorough knowledge in BOQ preparation

Basic knowledge of VRF system, Chiller and AHU.

HVAC Proposal drawing, shop drawing and As-built drawing preparations

Heat Load calculations

Piping & Duct Design

Technical Data sheet, Commissioning Report and Handover report preparations

Familiar with HVAC systems for coo heating

Must be familiar with preparation of standard drawings for piping and HVAC per specs and contract drawings.

Must be familiar with equipment selections a preparing schedules.

Familiar with preparing BOM for Piping and major HVAC items.

Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering HVAC discipline lead.

Skills:
- Fully conversant with the latest versions of AUTOCAD and REVIT.

Aware of documents required at various stages of construction.

Familiarity with wide variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.

Must possess excellent written and verb communications skills

Uses time and resource efficiently and effectively

Creates and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
