Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Discretionary Trader to join our trading team at Squar32. The Trader will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies for various financial instruments, including derivatives and options, using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute trading strategies for various financial instruments, including derivatives and options
- Analyse market conditions and trends to identify profitable trading opportunities
- Monitor and manage positions to minimise risk and maximize returns
- Communicate with other traders, portfolio managers, and other members of the trading team to share information and collaborate on trades
- Keep up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes
- Continuously improve trading strategies through backtesting and research

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trading role, preferably in derivatives or options trading
- Strong knowledge of mathematical and statistical techniques, including statistical arbitrage and machine learning
- Experience with trading systems and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
