Welcome/bid farewell to arriving/departing guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner, using guest’s name if known.
- Use designated car parking areas
- Responsible for key security of parked cars.
- Ensure safe driving and parking of guest’s cars.
- Drive the hotel car safely at all times and follow traffic regulations.
- Daily washing and interior vacuuming of hotel cars.
- Complete Hotel Vehicle Booking Form at the end of each transportation, hand over to concierge counter.
- Report immediately to Concierge Manager if guest car is damaged in transit, parked or involved in an accident.
- When there is no assignment, drivers are to standby at the hotel’s entrance and offer the service of valet parking.
- Assist directs traffic and ensures driveway and main entrance is kept free of any obstructions. Assist direct group coaches and baggage trucks to designated parking areas.
- Keep working areas neat and tidy at all times
- Identify VIPs, regular and long staying guests and

build rapport to offer personalized service and assistance.
- Daily washing and interior vacuuming of hotel cars.
- Open car doors for all guests arriving to or leaving the hotel.
- Greet and welcomes arriving guests with a smile and eye contact, using guest’s name if known. Ensures good first impression.
- Assist in unloading luggage whilst confirming how many for arriving guests.
- Assist in transporting luggage to lobby if needed.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge, to answer guest’s questions correctly.
- Ensures personal hygiene at all time
- Constantly monitors personal cleanliness.
- Ensure a high level of cleaning in work area.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
