Research Associate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **in vivo** and **in vitro** studies, including animal handling, dosing, observations, and sample collection (blood, tissues, urine, etc.).
- Support **toxicology and pharmacology studies** under GLP protocols and SOPs.
- Work in **vivarium settings**, ensuring ethical animal care and welfare standards.
- Operate lab instruments (e.g., **HPLC, LC-MS, balances, centrifuges**) and assist in routine calibration and maintenance.
- Perform basic **lab assays** (ELISA, blood chemistry, histology prep).
- Document experimental data in compliance with **GLP**: raw data forms, lab notebooks, equipment logs, and checklists.
- Coordinate with Study Directors and QA for audits, inspections, and compliance.
- Maintain inventory of lab consumables and assist in ordering supplies.
- Participate in report drafting and data analysis under supervision.

**Required**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Zoology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Basic understanding of **GLP principles**, laboratory safety, and SOP-driven work.

**Preferred**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a **preclinical CRO or academic research lab**.
- Exposure to **toxicology, pharmacology, or DMPK** studies.
- Knowledge of animal handling and CPCSEA guidelines (for Indian CROs).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
