Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: The Real Estate Hub, 7th floor, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring

Road, Surat-395002.

Reports to: Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to oversee our project sites

strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods to

monitor the work closely and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor interior design projects on-site to ensure alignment with the

design plan and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution of

projects.
- Review and interpret design blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure

accurate implementation.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to design, materials, or execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
- Provide design recommendations and modifications as necessary to enhance project

outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior designing and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
