**Requirements / Responsibilities**
- Research and qualify leads to assess their potential as customers.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases, lists, or CRM systems.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and promote the company’s products or services.
- Schedule and appoint meetings with qualified leads to initiate business discussions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

**Must Have**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Kannada)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of business acumen and market strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
