**If you**:
- have at least 6 months of experience working in the Amazon Performance Team/Amazon Customer Support (specifically at Amazon itself);
- know how to write an appeal so that it’s considered and the blocked account is restored;
- have a high level of written and spoken English, from C1;
- you’re confident with a PC (excel, google docs, word);
- know how to organize your working day.
**We promise**:
- **Income**: 50% of the unlocking service itself for our customers;
- **Probation**: 1 month;
- **Schedule**: flexible, result-oriented;
- **Location**: remote.
**Functional duties**:
- Writing appeals to unblock Amazon accounts;
- Submitting appeals to Amazon and controlling their approval.
