**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our stock broking team. The role involves contacting potential clients to inform them about investment opportunities, demat account opening, and trading services offered by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads.
- Explain stock market services, trading platforms, and investment benefits.
- Assist customers with the account opening process (demat account).
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Educate clients on basic investment options and market-related products.
- Handle client queries professionally and promptly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to lead generation and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of communications.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
- Basic knowledge of financial markets or willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
- Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in finance) is an advantage.
